Our Verticals

Other Verticals

Beyond real estate, VARS Builders has steadily expanded into diverse sectors that reflect our long-term vision of creating value-driven businesses rooted in quality, sustainability, and customer experience. From hospitality ventures designed around comfort and lifestyle to agricultural initiatives focused on responsible growth and land stewardship, each vertical is built on the same principles that define the VARS legacy — trust, thoughtful execution, and enduring value.

Hospitality

Our hospitality venture reflects our belief that travel should be as enriching as it is comfortable. At the heart of this vision is Spark by Hilton Goa Calangute, our flagship 64-key lifestyle destination that launched on June 10, 2026. Featuring a microbrewery and convention facilities, the property offers a distinctive blend of leisure, business, and entertainment in one of Goa’s most vibrant locations. We also operate three hotels in Bangalore with a total of 114 keys, managed by Olive Living, a leading name in hospitality operations. Each property is designed to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Looking ahead, we are expanding our hospitality portfolio with resort developments in Coorg and Sakleshpur — destinations renowned for their natural beauty, wellness, and cultural richness. Through these ventures, VARS Builders continues to create hospitality experiences that seamlessly blend thoughtful design, local character, and service excellence.

Agriculture

In agriculture, we are equally committed to sustainability, quality, and community impact. We own and cultivate 120 acres of coffee estates in Coorg and Sakleshpur, producing high-quality coffee and pepper. These estates not only contribute to India’s rich coffee heritage but also support local ecosystems and livelihoods. Additionally, we manage 80 acres of farmland in Nellore district, where we grow mangoes, rice, and eucalyptus. By combining traditional farming practices with modern agricultural methods, we aim to create a model that balances productivity with environmental responsibility.
